Shipping

Standard shipping is free Australia-wide on every order, with no minimum spend.

Orders are picked and dispatched from our own warehouse in Rosebery, NSW. Anything placed before 12:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day goes out the same day. Anything after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, goes out the next business day.

Once dispatched, deliveries usually arrive in 1–2 business days to capital-city metro areas and 2–4 business days regionally. Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Tasmania and remote areas can take a few days longer.

Express delivery is available at checkout for $10. Once dispatched, express orders usually arrive in 1–2 business days to NSW, the ACT, Queensland and Victoria, and in 3 business days to South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not moved for two business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

We do not ship outside Australia yet.

Returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email hello@atomera.com.au with your order number and we will send you return instructions.

Opened bottles. If you have started it and it is not working for you, email us anyway. We would rather sort it out than argue about a seal.

Damaged or incorrect orders. Send a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you would prefer. You will not need to post anything back.

Return postage is on us where the fault is ours, and on you where you have simply changed your mind.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
